Delete your data
Organization customers
Ask an authorized organization owner to remove your account or contact us from the email associated with your account. For full tenant deletion, an organization owner must submit the request.
WhatsApp users and leads
Contact the business you messaged and request deletion. That business controls its lead records. You may also contact RhemaChat and identify the business and phone number involved; we will route or assist the request without disclosing another tenant's data.
Submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “RhemaChat Data Deletion Request”. Include your account email, organization or business name, and requested scope. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or message content.
Verification and completion
We verify authority before deletion to prevent unauthorized loss. We acknowledge valid requests, explain any information required, and complete deletion within the period required by applicable law or the customer agreement. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, audit, or law.
